Two Bad Vows

Two Bad Solutions
- Steal some girls from Jabesh-Gilead (Judges 21:12).
- Kidnap some more girls from Shiloh (Judges 21:19-25).
Applications
- It is always better to stick to doing what God reveals, rather than what we think might work.
- Accept the fact that the path to victory is sometimes potholed with failures.
- Real success is intimately connected to real humility.
- Don’t be a Canaanite Christian
