Jew or Gentile, It is Still Sovereign Grace

God affirms His sovereign grace in saving sinners (Jew and Gentile) by:

I. Still calling "some" from national Israel (even though they are rejected as a nation). [9:25-26]

II. Calling "only a remnant" from national Israel (not every single Jew). [9:27-28]

III. Calling this remnant from national Israel, not due to "obligation", but because of "mercy"! [9:29]
